Classes, Workshops, and More!
Upcoming Classes & Workshops
First Thursday of each month on ZOOM, 6:30-8:00.
This is a free class but please register so we’ll know who is attending and we can send you the ZOOM info.
What if the sky of your imagination really is the limit? If that’s true, then the trick becomes taking down the fences around your imagination! “What if Upping” is a sure-fire way to remove those collective consciousness fences of limitation and gloom.
“What if Upping” is a process created by the Imagination Superstar, Mendhi Audlin, a licensed Unity teacher and serial creator of powerful programs like Spirit Groups.
Just like a muscle, imagination has to be used to grow. Let’s play in the Wild Blue Yonder together, imagining possibilities for our lives. We’ll teach you the process and practice together. You may want to band together with other party participants to form your own weekly group to foster unlimited possibilities.
Making Peace with End-of-Life
June 12, 12:30-2:30 pm
with Dr. Terri Daniel
As elders, we are bombarded with advertising messages and social cues that prompt us to be active, look younger, and stay healthy and vibrant. What this cultural messaging neglects to tell us is how to navigate one of the most sacred journeys we will ever make… the transition from aging to end-of-life.
In this unique workshop you will learn how to create a more positive relationship with death and grief as you face the loss of loved ones and the reality of your own eventual departure from physical life.
Using art and music therapy processes and interactive group work, we will explore these topics and more:
- Practical preparations for end-of-life (DNR, POLST, Advance Directives)
- How death is addressed in our modern medical system
- What is hospice, and how does it differ from palliative care?
- Family dynamics in end-of-life and bereavement
- Spiritual and religious issues
- Medical Aid in Dying/Death w Dignity
- Creative rituals and ceremonies for death, dying and grieving

Callings: In Search of an Authentic Life, with Gregg Levoy
A very special event from visiting author, Gregg Levoy!
May 15, 12:30-3:30 pm
This is a 3-hour workshop at Unity of Central Oregon
Callings are urgings from spirit that tell us what it will take to make our lives literally “come true,” pointing us toward awakenings, course-corrections and powerful authenticity. They could involve a career change or creative leap, taking on a new role or letting go of an old one, or launching a new venture.
While honoring callings’ essential mystery, we’ll explore what they ask of us, how we tell the true call from the false, how we handle our resistance to it, what happens when we say no, and what happens when we say yes
