Ellipse Theatre Community Presents – Almost, Maine, a place that’s so far north, it’s almost not in the United States. It’s almost in Canada. And it’s not quite a town, because its residents never got around to getting organized. So it almost doesn’t exist. One cold, clear winter night, as the Northern Lights hover in the star-filled sky above, the residents of Almost, Maine, find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and hilarious ways. Knees are bruised. Hearts are broken. But the bruises heal, and the hearts mend—almost—in this delightful midwinter night’s dream.

This workshop will provide steps for finding your alignment to create the life you want for yourself, rather than living a life you were told or conditioned to live. The presenters are three of our Divine Healers: Rev. Sanya Member, Donna Benjamin, and Tara Townsend. They will each share unique techniques they have studied, taught, and used in their lives to process, heal, and manifest a beautiful life. Cost is $35 pre-registration or $40 at the door.

our beloved Unity Home.

This space holds us tenderly

each time we cross its threshold.

It embraces our prayers,

our songs, our silence,

our laughter, and our tears.

Within these walls, Spirit moves –

breathing life into every gathering:

our Sunday Celebrations,

Sound Baths, Youth Programs,

Wednesday Services,

and all the workshops

that awaken our hearts.

Here we sit, we rest, we rise together –

hearts open,

souls shining,

anchored in love and unity.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep, sacred breath in.

Remember a moment of laughter,

a moment of stillness,

in this holy, loving space.

Breathe in gratitude –

for the way this building holds us,

nurtures us,

and reflects the presence of the Divine

in every corner,

in every beam.

And so it is.
