Sunday Service: November 13th at 10:00 AM
The Meaning of Life
With Cylvia Hayes
What is this grand mystery we call Life? What is its purpose? Why are we here? Life is precious and miraculous. It is invisible and yet omnipresent, a creative force that courses through each of us and all of nature. Life as a spiritual principle and power goes far beyond physical bodies, certainly far beyond a human body. Unlike a body, the true faculty of life has no finite existence. Charles Filmore wrote, “The first step in the realization of life is always to know that God is life, abundant, omnipresent, eternal, and the second step is to make positive connection with God life by declaring oneness with it.” That begs the question, what is God? Hmmm, let’s explore God and Life this Sunday.

Member Appreciation
This week let’s give a shout out to Naomi Steele and Leia Napoli! You know Naomi as one of our Sunday service hosts, but this past Sunday she said a big YES at the last minute to help in the nursery. Grace, our regular babysitter was away at a camp and her scheduled back up had to cancel at the last minute. Grace reached out to Naomi and got a yes and a smile. Leia also gave a last minute yes when asked Sunday morning if she could be the Zoom host for our online viewers. Even after a long hard week she felt called to support her Unity community. We all know how hard it can be to change plans at the last minute so when people step up to help out when given a moments notice it is so appreciated!! Thank you ladies, and everyone else who has jumped in at the last minute to fill in or help keep our Unity Community running smoothly.
