Member Appreciation
This week we have so many people to celebrate! When you come to Unity next Sunday be sure to take a peek at the garden and labyrinth area. The Stephenson family (Dan, Meagan, Evolet, and Leon) cleaned up the over grown garden and hauled all the pulled weeds to the landfill, fixed one of the adirondack chairs, winterized the watering system, and got items protected from the elements. They were not asked to do this, they just saw a need and offered to help. Wow – what a gift!
The Artist’s Way Spirit group had their (supposedly) last gathering this week. Everyone was so committed to showing up, contributing, listening, and supporting the others in the group. Beautiful connections were made and they plan to resume meeting after the holidays.
We’ve also heard many stories of members offering to help and support another member in need. That is what community is all about and how we live our Unity principles! You know who you are and we appreciate you! 🙏🏽💜
Do Some Holiday Shopping and Support Unity
This Sunday’s speaker, Ilan Shamir owns a company called Advice for Life. He has let us purchase some of their beautiful products to sell for the holidays. We have magnets, bookmarks, and cards displayed at the sanctuary. They are perfect stocking stuffers! Be sure to check them out this Sunday.
Start Saving Your Bottles & Cans for Unity
We’re registered for the Bottle Drop holiday give campaign. All cans and bottles returned between Nov. 15th and Dec. 1st to the Bottle Drop in one of our blue bags with the Unity barcode on it will receive a 20% match. Grab a labeled bag this Sunday at service and start saving those cans and bottles!
