Metaphysics of Star Wars Part 2 – What is Evil, the “Dark Side” and what wise Yoda didn’t know.

with Rev. Cylvia Hayes

In Metaphysics of Star Wars part 1 Cylvia talked about the Force as another concept for God/Source/Creator and how we can learn to harness the Force (Align with God/Source/Creator) with greater skill. In part 2 of this series Cylvia will discuss the light side and the dark side of the Force and the light and dark that resides within each of us. We’ll explore some key truths such as the liberation of realizing we are more than the bodies we wear, our only saviors our ourselves, and dogma is always limiting, even when it’s Jedi dogma. May the Force be with you and may you be with us this Sunday!

Member Appreciation

This week we are sharing our deep gratitude for Genesis Ilada. She has shown up in so many beautiful ways recently – decorating our sanctuary for the holidays, volunteering with the youth program, being the DJ for the post-Thanksgiving dance party, and serving on the board. She also volunteers her time with many other organizations in addition to having her own business – Bliss Chains. You are a multi-talented angel for our community, Genesis. Thank you 💕💕💕 so very much.
