Burning Bowl Morning Service

with Rev. Jane Hiatt

We close the calendar year with ritual. We release that which no longer serves us: beliefs, habits, grievances—and place them in the burning bowl. We follow that with our ritual to receive a word of power for the year as well as a Spirit Animal Guide to help us embody that word. Please join us.

Bring a snack to share after service!

The nursery will be open for childcare, but there will not be a youth group today so the kids can participate in the service.

Got an Idea for a Spirit Group?

Our next round of Spirit Groups will be starting up in January and February and we are looking for hosts for these groups. The only requirements to host are that you have participated in a Spirit Group and have done the host training. Spirit Groups are small study groups, usually 5 to 8 people, who meet for a few weeks to connect and read a book, watch a video series, or listen to podcasts together and have a group discussion. Contact Leia HERE if you’re interested.

Save the Date – Unity Townhall

Monday January 8th at 5:00 PM

We want to hear from you! Yes, I’m talking to you 😊. Rev. Jane and our leadership team want your thoughts on membership, Sunday service, classes, and more. We want to be sure that what we’re offering is in alignment with what our community is looking for and needing on their spiritual journey. If we don’t ask we won’t know, so please join us to share your ideas and hear what ideas others have.

Member Appreciation

Thank you to all that were part of our wonderful Christmas Eve service. Singers – Donna Benjamin, Laurel Barnum, Victor Johnson, Eric Troup, and Dave Finch, all the kids who acted in the Christmas play, our Greeter team, Kitchen team, Rev. Jane, Rev. Tam, the AV Team, and everyone else you played a role in making these two services happen. So much work is put into each and every Sunday service we do, but lots of extra time was put into this one. We certainly felt all the love and joy.

An Evening of Magic

Rafe Pearman returned for another sold out concert last week, and it was a magical evening. This time he brought friend and talented musician, Daniel Berkman, who wowed us with his instrumental creativity. We hope to have Rafe back in 2024!!
