Dance Your Prayers – Conscious Movement

Let the music evoke our grounding and presence, tuning into the movement of your prayers, letting go of that which may be in the way of your desire, and opening to claiming and stepping into full embodiment of your affirmations. We explore prayer for self, others, the earth and all beings. What we feel and embody we create. Come explore and have fun, shifting into the full possibility that life has for you and all. No dance experience necessary. Cost is on a sliding scale of $10 – $20.

Sunday Sound Bath

Sundays from 6:00 to 7:15 PM

In Shriman’s sound bath journey, you’ll immerse yourself in an organic symphony of vibrations, carefully crafted to elevate your spirit and align your being. Through a blend of ancient wisdom and modern techniques, Shriman guides you on a path to inner harmony and bliss. Now doesn’t that sound amazing? Shriman has years of training and experience in yoga and healing sound. We are so excited that he is able to begin leading this wonderful offering. Cost is on a sliding scale – $15 – $25.

Spring Sing Fling

Friday, May 16th at 6:30 PM with Donna B.

The Spring Sing Fling is created for folks who want to sing more. Donna B! will lead you in warm ups, toning, improv exercises and in-the-moment choir singing. This is meant for anyone wanting to express themselves with their voice: beginners and professionals alike. No experience necessary, just a love of vocalizing and building community. Cost is $15.
