NEW – Unity Parents & Family Group

Friday, July 11th from 6:00 to 7:30 PM

Unity Parent and Family Group invites Families of all kinds to join us every second Friday of the month for community and collaboration. This unique group invites Unity Elders to join in, pair up and collaborate to share their powerful wisdom and knowledge. This monthly group gathering will include: potluck, discussion of hot topics, available resources and upcoming family friendly events. Unity member Sanya Membe is the group lead and is available if you have any questions.

Visit to Petersen Rock Garden

Saturday, July 12th at 9:30 AM

Join others in our Unity Community for a visit to Peterson Rock Garden in Redmond. Plan to meet at Unity at 9:30 AM and carpool to Petersen. If you’d like to meet at the Rock Garden it opens at 10 AM.

Lets Get Metaphysical Discussion Group

Every Tuesday from 10:30 AM to Noon

At our first LGM (Let’s Get Metaphysical) discussion group we will decide as a group the process, agreements and future metaphysical and Spiritual topics to be discussed. We will start with a discussion of the video link below. No prior registration required for this FREE group. Jim and Joanne Pasmore will be your hosts.

Workshop – War and Peace: Transcending News Reactivity with Rev. Dr. Cari Bourette

Tuesday, July 15th from 3:00 to 5:00 PM

In this workshop we will look at how you are seeing the events unfolding “out there”. Following that, you will be invited to take a deep dive into you. You will have the opportunity to see what deep spaces in you have been stirred up by these events and find a new vantage point to release the past from the present. This allows for greater peace and clarity to both be present with yourself and the events unfolding. This is a FREE workshop, but love offerings are welcome to support Unity and Cari. Sunday Sound Bath

Sundays from 6:00 to 7:15 PM

Shriman will be leading this week. A space where stillness, breath, and sacred sound weave together to soothe your nervous system and open your heart. This is a beautiful, self-care experience. Wear comfy clothing, bring a mat, pillow, and blanket and soak in the sounds and vibrations of the crystal bowls, flute, and chimes. All are welcome. Cost for Unity members is on a sliding scale of $15 to $25.

🧘🏽Yoga with Shriman is Back!🧘🏼‍♂️

New Start Time – Every Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM

We are so fortunate to have such a well-versed yoga instructor as a member of our community. Through his teachings, Shriman empowers participants to embark on their unique paths toward physical, emotional, and mental well-being. His classes are an invitation to connect with your inner joy, embrace your true nature, and live in harmony with the world around you. There is no set cost but a suggested donation of $15 – $20 to be shared between Shriman and Unity is very much appreciated. This is an all levels class.

Interested in teaching a class, hosting an event or spirit group, or rent the Unity space this Fall?

We are currently working on creating our Fall schedule at Unity. If you have an idea for a class to teach, group to start, event or spirit group to host, or know someone interested in renting our space, please submit your request by the end of July.

Unity Kids Camp was a Hit with Kiddos

Evolet, Merry, and Sephie had the chance to attend the Northwest Region Unity Kids Camp in Verona, Oregon last week and had a blast! We are so happy they had the opportunity to meet and connect with kids from other Unity’s in the NW region. They spent 3 nights at camp where the theme was Kindness, which they all said they felt lots of 🥰.

A Unity Love Story 🥰

We had a beautiful celebration this past Sunday when Samantha Freda shared how much her life has blossomed since she began coming to Unity a couple years ago. Unity is also where she met a very sweet guy named Ryan McCrone who swept her off her feet. Her big celebration though was that Ryan proposed and she said YES! Our community is not only helping people on their spiritual path, but also to find love. We are so so happy for you Sam and Ryan. Congratulations.

Welcome New Member Ted Keener

Please help us in giving a very warm welcome to new member Ted Keener AKA Tumalo Ted. Ted started coming to Unity last March and quickly felt at home. He has been married for over 40 years to Larkley and his kids all have 4 legs. Ted has done 4, year long RV trips, designed and built his home, is a retired real estate appraiser, and is also a trained mediator. We’re so happy to have you as part of our Unity family.
