Why should we stop complaining and shift to praise?
Complaining is not a Spiritual practice, our higher self never joins us in a complaint. It is terrible for our brain function, our overall health, our relationships and our well-being. It brings us and those around us down.
Why should we praise?
Praise is a Spiritual practice! It has a deep power to heal and uplift our mind, body, and relationships. It lifts others as a rising tide lifts all boats! In this Sunday service we will learn about all the benefits of praise and do some practice to experience the ripple effect it has on us and our relationships.

Unity Camping Weekend at Tumalo State Park

The Amazing Sunday Sound Bath

Sunday at 6:30 PM at Unity

Led by Lisa Swisher and friends. At the beginning of class, you will be asked to quietly set intentions for what you would like to release and what you would like to allow into your life. Please wear comfy clothing, bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket (if needed), and a desire to be uplifted and transported through sacred sound! All are welcome, so invite your friends 😁🌈.

A Course In Miracles Study Group

Third Thursday of every month at 5:30pm at Unity

The next gathering is July 20th. This group is hosted by Rev. Cylvia Hayes and open to everyone. This week she’ll be sharing some of the profound concepts and teachings the Course offers on “The World” as an illusion and the opportunity we all have to access the “Real World” that is filled with peace, love and freedom. We’ll revisit the powerful tool of the Holy Instant and how we can harness it to create a more beautiful world for ourselves and all those around us.

Men’s Group

1st & 3rd Mondays of each month at 6:00 PM at Unity

A spiritual discussion and service group of men who are seeking spiritual connection and greater consciousness. Our men’s group is very friendly and welcomes all. Next meeting is August 7th.
