Our relationships rest on a foundational triad. We have talked about the importance of commitment to ourselves and offering and claiming freedom in our relationships. The final leg of the triad is awareness. Only when we begin to catch ourselves in the act of interpreting experiences instead of simply observing them, can we have the opportunity for “real” relationships.
